As I wrote about yesterday, Elisa Baker, the stepmother of the 10 year old Australian girl that was murdered, was in court on the Identity theft charges. Baker has numerous charges against her. She has a total of nine felony charges, which includes the second degree murder charge and the obstruction of justice charge.
