Casey Anthony: What Happens After Her Release?

Needless to say I, like almost everyone else in this country am still outraged and in shock over the verdict came in Tuesday finding Casey Anthony not guilty. I mean the only thing they found her guilty of was the four counts of lying to a police officer. Although all but one of the jurors decided to stay anonymous, one wanted to speak out to the public. Apparently the panel of jurors did not think Casey was innocent but they … Continue reading

Casey Anthony Update: Attorneys In Trouble Again!

Casey Anthony is on trial being accused of killing her two year old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony from Orlando, Florida. The trial started on May 24th and closing arguments started yesterday, finally. It has certainly been a long 3 years since all of this began with that infamous 911 call made by the defendant’s mother, Cindy Anthony. The problem is this didn’t begin for this family on July 15th, 2008. After an investigation it was determined that this precious little … Continue reading

Casey Anthony – Them Darn Computers!

It was clear today that the prosecution were not going to permit the defense to leave any lingering doubts with the Jury over the computer forensic evidence. Using plain english the witnesses proved beyond any reasonable doubt that Cindy Anthony was in fact at work, rather than at home looking up ‘Chloroform’, ‘Neck Breaking’, or any such other thing. As a 30 year (recovering) computer geek, I have to admit that I rather enjoyed todays performance. It was told in … Continue reading

Casey Anthony Update: Does it Even Matter If George Had An Affair?

This morning the Casey Anthony’s defense team called to the stand Krystal Holloway, aka River Cruz to the stand. This is the woman that claims that she had an affair with George Anthony, the father of the defendant, Casey Anthony, during the time they were supposedly searching for Caylee Marie Anthony. Holloway told prosecutors during a deposition that she and George were not having an affair. She later told investigators that they had been intimate. When asked on the stand … Continue reading

Casey Anthony Trial – Cindy Anthony Smackdown Coming?

It was a clearly unhappy defense team today that had to face the harsh reality that some more ‘Junk Science’ was in the offing. This particular ‘junk science’ could scuttle what small amount of credibility that the defense had created concerning Cindy Anthony and those pesky computer searches conducted on the Anthony family computer concerning Chloroform. Cindy has fessed up, she did it! However, the date and time stamps show that Cindy was unlikely to have been at home at … Continue reading

Casey Anthony Update: Three Anthony’s Take The Stand Today in Court

Today’s courtroom drama was full as usual but I would call this morning, a morning for the Anthony’s, but was it more or less the Anthony’s against the Anthony’s? It is so hard to tell who is throwing who under the so called bus in this case. Out of the Anthony’s, we first heard George called to the stand. The defense went after him right away questioning him about whether or not he had an affair with a woman called … Continue reading

Casey Anthony Update: Do Parents Think She is Innocent?

OK now everyone knows I have never been a fan of George and Cindy Anthony but I can understand the hell these two people have been going through for the last three years. I can’t imagine the hell my life would be if one of my children was being accused of killing their own child, my grandchild. From the beginning George and Cindy took on the world defending their daughter saying publicly that they knew their daughter was innocent. They … Continue reading
